Registration

Registration to attend the 45th European Finance Association Annual Meeting is done online through our online management platform (ConfTool).

Please note that if you have already submitted a paper or acted as a reviewer for the EFA 2018, you can login with the same username and password.
 

Registration is open!

 

Conference Registration Fees

Early Bird registration opens in late April and closes on June 30, 2018. Standard registration will be open from July 1 to August 1, 2018.

Participants are required to be 2018 EFA members. EFA membership is not included in the registration fee and cannot be transferred to another person. For more information, click here.

Due a technical reasons, all fees are priced in British Pound (GBP).

* PhD students will be asked to show their valid student ID cards at the conference registration desk. PhD students who cannot present their valid cards will be asked to pay the academic registration fee at the registration desk. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.
**For on-site registrations, we cannot guarantee dietary requests.

Dietary Requests

Participants with dietary restrictions must indicate their preferences during online conference registration. The following options are available:

  • gluten-free meal
  • lactose-free meal
  • vegan meal
  • vegetarian meal

If you have placed any of the above-mentioned special requests, the corresponding food will be available to you throughout the whole conference and social events. For the conference dinner, you can choose among three menus.
 

Payment Options

Payments can be made via credit card through our event management platform ConfTool. Please note that for credit card payment, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

 

Invitation Letters for Visas

Invitation and confirmation letters for visas can be issued upon request after successful registration payment. Check our visa page for more information.
